Party candy muffins

Pitkästä aikaa esittelen leipomuksiani. Vaikka tuleekin leivottuu aika usein, harvemmin viitsin aikaansaannoksiani täällä esitellä. Ehkä pitäs perustaa oma leipomisblogi. Mut nyt tuli tehtyä niin hauskoja muffineita, etten voi olla esittelemättä.

Kaverillani oli eilen tuparit, jonne näitä leivoin. Ohjeen bongasin tän viikon Citymarketin mainoslehtisestä, ja se vaikutti niin kivalta, että oli pakko kokeilla. Taikinassa on kaakaojauhetta ja rusinoita ja muffinien päällä tomusokerikuorrutetta ja karusellikarkkeja.

Noista tuli erittäin maukkaita! Mietin vähän, että oisko pitäny jättää rusinat pois, koska yleensä ihmiset joko rakastaa tai vihaa niitä, mutta noihin ne sit sopi loppujen lopuks oikein hyvin. Jopa eräs henkilö, joka kuulemma yleensä ei pidä rusinoista, sanoi niiden olevan just hyviä noissa muffineissa. Jee.

I'm showing my bakery again after a while. Though I bake pretty often, I rarely show my efforts here. Maybe I should start a separate baking blog. But anyway, now I happened to make so cool muffins I have to show them.

A  friend of mine was having a house-warming party yesterday, and I baked those muffins to take them there. I spotted the recipe in an advertising mail of a local grocery store and it seemed so great I had to try it. There are cocoa powder and raisins in the pastry and icing sugar topping and some candies on top of the muffins.

The muffins turned out very tasty! I pondered if I should leave the raisins out of the pastry, because usually people either hate or love them, but eventually they went very well with those. Even a person who usually doesn't like raisins said they are just great in those muffins. Yay.
